INGREDIENTS:
8-inch pie shell
½ c. butter
¾ c. sugar
3 T. unsweetened cocoa powder + 1 T. butter, melted
1 t. vanilla
1½ T. instant coffe grounds
1 t. cinnamon
2 eggs
½ c. whipping cream
- Prepare 8-inch pie shell.
- Put butter in a medium-sized bowl creaming sugar in gradually.
- Blend cocoa powder, melted butter, creamed butter and sugar, vanilla, instant coffee and cinnamon together.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating very well
- Heat over double broiler for 10 minutes.
- Pour into pie shell and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
