Ingredients:
¾ cup butter, melted
1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
3 eggs
1½ cup sugar
¾ cup flour (plus 2 tablespoons in high altitude)
½ cup cocoa
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teasspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Blend butter, vanilla and eggs in a mixing bowl, set aside.
- Combine sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients.
- Spread in a greased and floured pan.
- Bake until brownies peel away from the pans edges. Cool and cut.
